I've fixed it- the problem was with some helper extension (linkhandler)
which ads functionality to the rte editor.

that doesn't relate directly with html - the core some nasty bugs
(those should never because they cause bad impression).
htmlarea use the buggy core file (it is strange that this new bug
becase to ver. 4.2.10 - *very stupid*). Unfortunately I don't have
anymore link to the bug report, which could help you fixing the bugs.
