* Property: enableFlashUploader
* Data type: boolean
* Description: This option enables the Flash-based uploader in the File
module, which allows to select multiple files at once when uploading files. It
requires to have the Flash plugin installed (Flash 9 or higher).

So I guess you could use
setup.override.enableFlashUploader = 0
