Hahaha! A simple hack fixes it:
wrap = <a href="|../events">Link</a>
Hard–coding a link is always bad. SOme time in future page will be
renamed and your links will be broken...
It appears that you use RealURL or CoolURI. I have no idea about
CoolURI but RealURL has an option not to resolve shortcuts.
