[TYPO3-english] Help with css menu and TS

Hi everyone,

I need a help with css menu and TS. I have css menu with example code below and 
one link should be always highlighted - on every page of website (by page id), 
but I don't know how to do that in TypoScript. If anyone can help I would 
appreciate.

HTML template:

      <li><a href="#">Link 1</a></li>
      <li><a href="#">Link 2</a></li>
      <li><a href="#">Link 3</a></li>
      <li class="highlight"><a href="#">Link 4 highlighted</a></li>
