I`ve updated my core to beta4 but I still get old page tree (not the
fancy new one with cool features).
I have also similar problem on my second installation with beta3 where I
have the new page tree in Template module but in Page module it turns to
old one. Is it a bug ?

If you are using Templavoila you have to update on the trunk version
(the new page tree will not be shown with the TER version) or to wait on
the RC1.
