Hi Umut,
Backend page is three column page. Default i cant see any of them. Whenever i put php.ini with allow_url_fopen=on option to the typo3 folder, first two columns are visible but third column is not. Where must i put php.ini for the third column?
I just tried to reproduce that, however, no error appeared and everything worked as expected.
