Hello -mostly German- developers,

Like I promised I wrote a Parable about the TYPO3 Community.
Maybe this form will work to make people understand what goes wrong here in the opinion of a lot of people. I try to make to you see the bigger picture since at least 50% of the people here only seem to see it from their own perspective which is mostly technical.

The first Part is here, the whole thing can be downloaded with a link under this post. It's not meant to offend people but to open your eyes and make you see the bigger picture.
Like to hear your reactions.

Ciao, Sander
