Ok then, i thought your extension would change automatically the direct
membership, that was my mistake...

I'm sorry to bother you again, but how can i use your extension to show
the membership in the frontend when the user logs in? For example, the
user pays his membership on the 3rd day of October, and i would like to
display something like: "Next Payment : 3rd of November", and if the
user does not pay the membership fee it would show something like "
Membership: Expired".

as there is a field where the timed membership ends it can be displayed. unfortunately this information does not occur in the fe_user record. neither in the databasetable nor in memory. I 'inject' the timed membership as a normal membership in the memory-data before any evaluation is done.

additional information (which membership is time restricted? How long does a membership last?) must be fetched/computed in additional code / plugins.

I'm sorry for being such a pain in the ass, but i'm sure nobody knows
your extension better than you Mr. Bernd, so you're the best bet that i
have to get some guidance.

Oh, it's a long time ago I have programmed it and have not seen after (or in) it for years. So my statement about compatibility to 6.x: I don't know it. And just this week I detected another extension, which is based on mine: timed_ugs_registration
