thanks for your mail. With absRefPrefix = mydomain.de CoolUri works without any
problems.

bootstrap_package sets absRefPrefix to 'auto' [1], which is a supported
value since TYPO3 7.1 [2]. Perhaps cooluri has no support for this yet?
