Hi Jan,
Being so, I took a closer look into the problem and found that the
solution is to modify the Disqus ext in order to avoid calling Disqus
when the id= shows up. An option is required though since some sites do
not use neither CoolURI nor RealURL.
I already asked Kevin to modify the Disqus ext, but I have disabled the
ext for a while.
