Habe es nochmal so versucht:
styles.templates.templateRootPath = EXT:test-extension/Templates/
styles.templates.partialRootPath = EXT:test-extension/Partials/
styles.templates.layoutRootPath = EXT:test-extension/Layouts/
Auch das hat leider nicht geholfen.
