Ich habe im Prinzip das gleiche Problem.
Unter 4.7 habe ich den RTE so konfiguriert, dass ich z.B Textfarben direkt
einstellen konnte.
Die gleichen Einstellungen funktionieren bei mir nicht mehr.
Typo3 7.6.2
PHP 5.6.13
Bootstrap Package 6.2.15
die SPAN Tags sind nach dem Sichern weg.

Im Template sind im Setup auch die Einstellungen gleich wie bei der Homepage
mit der 4.7 Version.
Kann es an dem Bootsstrap Package liege?
