Hi folks,
Anyone with contacts in government in those regions may want to let them know
that, in addition to Android phones more than a few years old that are no longer
being updated, few phones and computer systems are likely to be updated in time
with so little notice, so manual workarounds will be necessary if any changes
are made to the status quo, and those may vary by age of each device or system.
HQs of branch offices may need heads up to be aware of any local changes,
especially if they are in other countries.
