Don't set MAS3_SX on I/O mappings.

Why is this I+G?

+#ifndef __CONFIG_H
+#define __CONFIG_H

+#ifdef CONFIG_36BIT
+#define CONFIG_PHYS_64BIT

Why are you adding non-36bit support that will not even get build
testing?

+/*

+ * Boot Flags
+ */
+#define BOOTFLAG_COLD 0x01 /* Normal Power-On: Boot from FLASH */
+#define BOOTFLAG_WARM 0x02 /* Software reboot */

These are not used anywhere. Please go through this file and only retain
things which actually continue to make sense.

+#ifdef CONFIG_CMD_KGDB
+#define CONFIG_KGDB_BAUDRATE 230400 /* speed to run kgdb serial port */ +#define CONFIG_KGDB_SER_INDEX 2 /* which serial port to use */

Likewise, this KGDB stuff is bad copy-and-paste.

Why c293? Doesn't this support c291 and c292 as well?

Better to not have any default, or an obviously non-working placeholder
like fdtfile=name/of/device-tree.dtb
