No. While u-boot level edm-cf-imx6 is compatible with Wandboard, there are differences (some different pin definitions, different wifi chips, different board ids, different maintainers, ... ). Also there is going to be a edm2-cf-imx6 module, which we are hoping to be able to share code with instead.
