I have a script environment variable called set_mac_IP which requires me to do "setenv sn 1234" ( or whatever ) before I run it.
The script is always run from the console. Is there a simple way to do ask sn; ..... and ask for a number to be input on the console? I was wondering if hush could manage this in some way... but my head hurts If this is an RTFM, I'm sorry, I've read most of it and not noticed this one !
