We want to use fsl_esdhc_init() with driver model. Move the mmc_init() out

I will admit, I haven't been as quick on checking this, so I feel bad
for not noticing issues sooner. It could have been fixed, then later
broken again, but 2017.07 work and 2017.09 did not.
