Good catch. Yes, we should fix coreboot timestamp code and Quark MRC
codes to not explicitly call rdtsc.

Another driver that explicitly calls rdtsc() is hw_watchdog_reset() in
watchdog/tangier_wdt.c driver. We need fix that too.
