Implement the reset service of the EFI_SIMPLE_TEXT_OUTPUT_PROTOCOL.
This should resolve the error reported by the SCT in
Protocol/SimpleTextOut/BlackBoxTest/SimpleTextOutBBTestFunction_uefi.c:639
