This patch series adds optional support for loading firmware for Aquantia phys via MDIO commands. Because I'm adding more Kconfig options for this driver, I've cleaned up the existing defconfigs that use it. It has been tested on a NXP ls1046ardb board, and a very similar custom board that doesn't have dedicated storage for the phy firmware.
