I can't use if (IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_MMC_SPEED_MODE_SET)  because of [1],
as it would lead to build errors.

If it is ok, to remove #ifdef around [1] and add user_speed_mode field
irrespective of config, then I will be able to use it.
