[PATCH] Enable Fastboot(UUU) for O4-iMX6ULL-NANO boards

[Oleh Kravchenko]

Make O4-iMX6ULL-NANO-based board compatible with Yocto layer meta-out4 and
fix device flashing by UUU (aka MFG Tools).
