Set the BYPASS ID SWAP bit (GPR10 bit 1).
The ID SWAP function randomly make TZASC grant non-secure access to
secure memory. TZASC ID SWAP should be bypassed by setting the bit
TZASC_ID_SWAP_BYPASS(bit 1) in IOMUX_GPR10 register.
