From: Rafał Miłecki <ra...@milecki.pl> U-Boot environment variables are stored in ASCII format so "ethaddr" requires parsing into binary to make it work with Ethernet interfaces.
This includes support for indexes to support #nvmem-cell-cells = <1>.
