As suggested multiple times by Tom, and to facilitate the deprecation of IS_ENABLED as started in https://lore.kernel.org/u-boot/[email protected]/ let's migrate Theobroma boards to Kconfig symbol dependency for our boards instead of dependending on the compiler to error out if it's not defined.
This both guarantees it is selected and improves user-friendliness.
