As far as I know, this isn't needed as it's automatically included if
rk3588-mnt-reform2-u-boot.dtsi doesn't exist, c.f.
tools/binman/binman.rst. CONFIG_SYS_SOC is set to rk3588 when
CONFIG_ROCKCHIP_RK3588=y so that should work just fine.
