Make sure the correct PLATFORM_...FLAGS are assigned in each case, consistently. Assign PLATFORM_ELFFLAGS for both LE and BE case. The previous PLATFORM_CPPFLAGS makes no sense for these particular parameters, which are passed to objcopy.
