Enable the support for AHAB secure boot.
With this change, one can issue 'ahab_status' from U-Boot command line,
and see e.g. following kind of output:

I don't agree to enable CONFIG_AHAB_BOOT by default. It is only for secure
product for OEM closed LC and secure boot development in open.
