commit 4fee6c2f295f932b8febdc7ce8731ba045695fa5 nand: make 1-bit software ECC configurable
breaks boards using Software ECC and requires that CONFIG_MTD_ECC_SOFT is set to have the previous behavior. Fix for tam3517 based boards.
