Add support for SEIKO 4.3'' WVGA panel on mx53loco.
By default, the CLAA WVGA panel is selected.
In order to support the SEIKO panel, undef CONFIG_CLAA_WVGA
and define CONFIG_SEIKO_WVGA in mx53loco.h.
