Not if it's a DIR-type "file". What causes them to want to email it somewhere other than the customer? Can you change the program that sends the email to accept an override one-time-only address? Or put in some sort of debug/test switch that would cause a copy of the email to go to a different address? What about adding a field to the customer record "alternate email" and if that is present, it gets used instead of the real email field?
