People should be dilligent about not posting other people's e-mail addresses, but in the real world people don't think about this until They get spam or a virus. The only way to stop your e-mail addresses from getting published is simply to not use your real e-mail addresses for anything except direct correspondence. With the exception of this list, which was simply an error on my part, I use http://sneakemail.com for creating disposable e-mail addresses for forums and other untrustworthy sources, and I strongly encourage others to use this service as well.
