I'm pretty sure someone is having a rotten day (I had a *real* bad one last Friday myself - open mouth, insert foot dept.)
Obviously Garry has never worked for a software house in a true dev account doing alpha testing on code and O/S releases where just *everything* doesn't work, and you end up spending a man year or two swatting half a thousand bugs....I've spent a couple of years in that special type of hell, and whereas it's about as hard as playing DOOM3 in nightmare mode, you get a great sense of accomplishment when the product is released. I bet when all is said and done, a reason will be found for the 'error', which btw, was not explained in detail enough for any of us to be of any help with.
