If you're using FTP to do the transfer from UNIX to DOS (which you say you are) then make the the FTP Transfer mode is ASCII, it usually defaults to BINARY (BIN). Most FTP clients will automatically convert CR to CRLF when transfering in ASCII mode.

The file attributes are interpreted as CRLF's when I ftp the file over to the windows system, but when I write or move the file over to the NFS mount, the attributes are only separated by unrecognizable characters (to notepad). The problem is, the version of the (BarTender) application I'm upgrading to, requires a CRLF before/after one of the attributes. Any suggestions/thoughts?
