The reference I have is www.toledoinc.com/softwhere, but it is apparently defunct. I searched comp.databases.pick and found a thread looking for Joe Toledo, but without results. I believe he was in Orange County, California or the greater Los Angeles area. A few years ago he had a consulting firm that, I believe, dealt mainly with the "Manfact" system.
Can anyone tell me his whereabouts? Much obliged, Chuck Stevenson p.s. posting same to compo.databases.pick -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, March 02, 2005 7:48 AM To: u2-users@listserver.u2ug.org Subject: RE: [U2] Using an I descriptor in a UniBasic program Can you provide any web links for "SoftWhere" Thanks James -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Stevenson, Charles Sent: 02 March 2005 14:59 To: u2-users@listserver.u2ug.org Subject: RE: [U2] Using an I descriptor in a UniBasic program Hear, hear! I wholeheartedly agree with Ken on code reuse. Let me add that dictionaries should be under source control. A tool such as SoftWhere that helps you manage where code is reused is also valuable. I think shortcomings in these 2 areas are stumbling blocks that keep people from doing things 'right'. 3 cheers, Chuck ------- u2-users mailing list u2-users@listserver.u2ug.org To unsubscribe please visit http://listserver.u2ug.org/ ------- u2-users mailing list u2-users@listserver.u2ug.org To unsubscribe please visit http://listserver.u2ug.org/
