Ross: You were right.
The Network guys set up the host as the highest level under W2003. Only the
owner of the company was set that way and the others were a notch lower. I
went to his desk and the downloads worked fine.

They are changing the permissions of the supervisor and my PC's to be of the
highest priviledge.
