Looks like there should be something like ESC:'(s0' (for example) in
front of the "p10h" making ESC:'(s0p10h12v0s0b4099T'
the ESC:'(s' for a "font set", "0p" standing for "fixed spacing",
"proportional" being '1p' - 10h being "pitch", 12v being "height" - point
size, 0s being "font style" - 0 = upright, 1 = italic, 4 = condensed, etc,
0b = "stroke weight" - 0 = medium 3 = bold -3 = light, etc, 4099T =
typeface......
and ESC:"*p" in front of the '1y3X' making ESC:"*p1y3X' with ESC:'*p" =
"position" and 1y = y-coordinate, 3X = x-coordinate.
Obey all the uppercase, lowercase in these strings.... PCL5 relying on an
uppercase to denote the termination of the escape string....

This is better than the first attempt which refused to print (I caught a
typo). I'm not really a PCL 5 guy, I just happened to have the most
experience using it in my group...
