Yes, Openqm has been on my mind as well,  perhaps a JDBC driver could be 
developed.  Especially with Linux in a  thin-client implementation it 
becomes really feasible to distribute your database and  application 
servers across multiple physical servers.

Is there any merit in considering the possibility of starting a 
U2/OpenOffice "interest" group
