You just have a different parameter for locked read:
CALL IO.PROGRAM('READ',TABLE.NAME,KEY,RECORD,OK) - for normal reads
CALL IO.PROGRAM('READ_LOCK',TABLE.NAME,KEY,RECORD,OK) - for locked reads
