This suggests that the partfile information in the part file does not match the 
information in &PARTFILES&.  Could be part number, could be partitioning 
algorithm, could be pathname.
Use VERIFY.DF to find out what it thinks is wrong.  Then you can use REBUILD.DF 
to effect required repairs.
