We do this all of the time in Dynamic Connect. I use Ctrl-V, etc for our in-house editor (ie; C-V shows ascii values, C-C merges from another program). Our production session uses Ctrl-V and Ctrl-C for cut and paste.
Go into Setup->Keyboard, select the Alpha-numeric radio-button and change C_C to Invoke EditCopy and C_V to Invoke EditPaste (don't forget to check the Macro checkbox). Save Session.
