Oh, I forgot a point. I'm not entirely sure but I believe our Institution has it set up that Out of Office replies only go out to our network. I could be wrong but I've never seen one of my own or one of my colleagues OoO replies from a list that I know they are on. Of course, this might just be a setting in your email client. Like, "Don't reply to lists".
