Try using this format of uvbackup. I found this is the fastest method for
uvbackup which normally is quite slow...
I would place it all in a script

cd /directorywhereuvis
mt -f /dev/rmt0 rewind
rm uvfilelist
find . -print >> uvfilelist
bin/uvbackup -b 16384 -limit 1 -cmdfil uvfilelist -v -t /dev/rmt0
