If you are running PSE against multiple machines, each print job should have
a unique server id prefixing it. This prevents them from overlapping.

Check your ADGCONTROL MVQUERY.INI on each server has a setting under [PSE]
called ServerID. 
This should be unique for each machine. 

Sorry I no longer have access to mvQuery to check this out.
