Andrew:

I can no longer connect to UV PE (10.1) with UniAdmin, as the RPC server
tells me the UniVerse license has expired.  However, I can still connect
using AccuTerm or wIntegrate.

You may have found this out already...? I had a similar problem when I

first 

installed the PE version. I installed and logged in, but it kept telling

me 

my licence was invalid. (uvconfig showed an expiry date in the past).

However, when I rebooted the system the expiry date moved to a month

ahead 

of the current date and everything else seemed ok (well, as far as I

could 

tell).



I can only surmise that the expiry date is dynamically set at boot-up...

and 

will probably always be a month hence?



Hopefully, it's the same issue with yourself?
