Hi,
I was visiting a customer site yesterday when they had problem with
their system running a process 'glm_tool.exe' which took 98%+ of the cpu
time and slowed response times to a crawl. I searched the machine and
found that the exe sits in ud/bin. Does anyone know what it is and why
it behaves like this? They are running Unidata 6.0 on a Windows platform,
