Hi list, We use TANDEM a lot to interact with user sessions, for training, problem diagnostic and occasionally employee monitoring purposes. We were lucky that it became available with 10.2 on NT, as it's an invaluable tool for our ~100 dumb terminal users (until we switch to shadowable thin clients)...we used it with MVBASE all the time.
The only problem I have is that, on my end, initiating the tandem, when I hit Enter or Return it doesn't transmit that character--I have to have my user press it on his or her keyboard, after I have hit Esc+F to take control of the user session. I am not the developer, just the end user company's IT guy, but they don't seem to know why either. We're using AccuTerm and ADDSVP emulation, PICK flavor.
