The original eMail did not say "new" sites. The eMail said annual sales.
I cannot vouch the dollar amount. I beleive that I heard it a few years ago at an IBM U2 product update in NYC perhaps one year after the Informix takeover. We pay a few thousand in yearly maintenance. Yes...
