Sounds alot like the current system I'm working on. It's Informix compiled down to c++ and then run on a sql 2005 server. The front end is done in vb6 and the web servers are a patchwork of asp and vb.net and c#.net.
This frankinstien was purchased to replace the "old" Pick system running on UniVerse.
