Jeff, What I did was while exiting from the session, there is a small SB+ dialog box that appears with 3 options, Close,New Session and Re-connect. Above those buttons, there is a check box which asks - "Save session?" I clicked that, and exited. When I logged back in, I found the check against Use Windows Print Drivers option chosen(whatever change I made).
Can you please try and see if that works. Click on the printer icon to do a page dump and it no longer goes direct to the printer. We have managed to reproduce on three machines but no one can work out how to fix it. Thinking if we canned the whole SB+ thing and went with a web interface this would be a whole bunch easier in the long run.
